Inside the Walls

For projects that involve floor plan changes within the existing walls, we will prepare the initial floor plan design at no cost. We like the challenge of designing changes that will address your family’s needs, while working with the existing footprint of the home. You will be surprised by what can be done by adapting under-utilized space to create a great room, master suite or other living area.

Outside the Walls

If additional space is needed, we begin the process by preparing hand drawn conceptual sketches of proposed floor plans and elevations from preliminary measurements and photographs of the existing home. We can provide a rough construction estimate based on these drawings. This low cost step allows you to decide on the direction of the plan.
